As the British weather continues to tempt us with the promise of Summer, this month we’re feeling particularly drawn to a palette of clear blue skies and ocean water tones. Decorating with blue can bring a touch of the outside in and lift a space from dull to full of life with the introduction of blue accents, soft furnishings, textiles and rugs.
Equally at home in a fresh and breezy scheme or something a little dark and moodier, the versatility of blue is one of its main appeals. Layer it up across a mixture of patterns and prints for a tonal look with depth, or choose a complementary colour that will play to its strengths - we recently fell in love with the combination of coral and sky blue…
