TRADE ACCOUNTS

We offer trade accounts to residential and commercial designers, architects and makers who are a registered business. If you are located in our of our showroom regions, please contact the showroom directly before applying for a trade account. You can find all of our showrooms here

Opening a trade account takes a few minutes by filling out our trade application form. Once submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email to confirm your application. If you have not herd from us, please check your spam folder or reach out to our team for some help info@imogenheath.com

  • Offer custom capabilities for grounds, colour and commercial qualities to support your projects needs.

OUR FABRICS

All our fabrics are designed in-house by Imogen Heath and are woven and printed in the UK.
The core collection is printed on a range of high quality natural linens and cottons in various weights, suitable for soft furnishings, drapes, and upholstery. 
Silks and other fabrics are available on a custom basis. All standard fabric options are 136cm wide.
When ordering please allow + / - 5% tolerance on all pattern repeats and widths given.

PRODUCT VARIATION

There can be irregularities in the woven quality of our fabrics as they are made from natural fibres. When selecting a fabric you must be aware of its suitability and of its characteristics. Please contact us for details of how to preserve and care for your fabric, we are very happy to advise.

COLOUR & SCALE

We always strive for colour accuracy but please note that colours shown on the website are a representation only. Please refer to the actual product sample.

CUSHIONS

Our cushions are made to order to an excellent quality, with beautiful detailing. Only standard sizing is offered through our online shop, however it is possible to have them custom made to any size, with any finish that you like. Prices are quoted on application

 

COMMERCIAL USE TEXTILES

Our fabrics meet British standards for upholstery and drapery for residential use and a large range of our fabrics are also approved as suitable for commercial use, with martindale abrasion of 40,000 - 100,000 rubs. 


We recommend customising our linens for contract, particularly heavy traffic areas, with commercial coatings in order to meet industry fire rating guidelines, stain resistance and to prevent colour wear.

SAMPLES

Samples of all our fabrics are available for purchase in our online shop. Sample sizes vary between print and plains and are generally 23cm2 or 16cm2.

Wallpaper samples are generally A4 in size.

Large returnable samples are available on request. 

Free samples are available to approved trade account holders only; please sign up for a trade account if you are a registered business.

 

CUSTOMISATION

We aim to keep a small selection of fabrics in stock, but as the majority of our orders are made to order it is very easy to make small changes to either the base cloth, the colour or scale of the pattern design for a minimal fee. 

Completely custom patterns or alterations of patterns are also available; prices are quoted on application.

We strive to continue the development and innovation of our printed fabrics to ensure it is at the forefront of the commercial world. BESPOKE SOFT-FURNISHING AND UPHOLSTERY

We are also able to offer a range of bespoke soft furnishings; bespoke seating, re-upholstery, curtains and blinds.

Our Wallpaper

Our wallpapers have been manufactured in the United Kingdom and are FSC certified. Created from renewable fibres and a water-based latex binder our ‘eco non-woven’ papers are printed with water-based, non toxic inks.

Please note: we reserve the right to change the construction or finish of a wallpaper without notification, in accordance with product development.

This product has been created for residential and commercial projects. It may not be used in the manufacture of products for resale.

Please check all wallcovering orders when received for quality, colour, design and any imperfections prior to cutting. Claims against wallcoverings will not be accepted after cutting and hanging the wallcovering. Imogen Heath will review claims for defective merchandise but will not be responsible for labour costs in the installation of incorrect or imperfect materials. Any colour changes or discolouration due to walls or improper wall preparation is not covered by this warranty.

ORDERING

All standard Imogen Heath products are available to the public through our online shop, by email, by phone, or by appointment in one of our showrooms. 


We accept payment via bank transfer or most major credit cards.
